This monumental milestone was greatly celebrated by reflecting on historical achievements and the promising future ahead of Yukon.

Yukon, which is one of Canada’s most beautiful terrains, filled with wilderness, lakes, mountains, and nature’s beauty, offers a variety of outdoor activities for its 125th anniversary. On this day, Kayaking on the magnificent lakes and hiking through the national park were offered. Yukon overall celebrated this day by reiterating why its one of Canada’s most beautiful territories by giving a sensory experience to citizens.

One of Yukon’s most significant legacy, the Klondike Gold Rush in 1898 was one of the most promising, life-changing moments for Yukon itself. The discovery of vast amounts of Gold had changed Yukon from being isolated to being economically developed. This historical achievement has changed the entirety of the region for present and future landmarks such as this one.
